Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming dispatch. Shortly after, you will receive another email from the carrier with your tracking number.
We ship only from Monday to Wednesday to avoid plants being held in transit over the weekend.

If you are in Portugal or planning to visit the country, we invite you to visit our greenhouse located at Avenida 23 de julho de 1833, Lote 19, 2865-759 Fernão Ferro. During your visit, our team will be available to assist you with your questions and provide guidance on orchid cultivation.
On weekdays, from Tuesday to Saturday, our greenhouse is open from 09:00 to 19:00, to serve you throughout the day. On Sundays, we offer reduced hours, from 09:00 to 13:00, to ensure that you can also visit us on the weekend. On holidays and Mondays, we are closed for service.
During the lunch break, from 13:00 to 14:00, we pause service for lunch and resume shortly after.
