1. Growing advice

Our guides, articles and growing tips come from our experience with orchids and other tropical plants and are general information. Every environment is different (light, humidity, temperature, water), so results may vary. If you have questions about a particular plant, talk to us.

Some plants may be toxic if eaten by people or animals. Keep plants, substrates and fertilisers out of reach of children and pets, and follow the label instructions.

2. Accuracy of content

We work to keep the information on the site correct and up to date. If you spot a mistake, please let us know. The information for each product (description, price, availability) is what appears on the page when you place your order.

3. Intellectual property

The texts, photos, videos, logos and design of the site belong to Tropical Orchids Portugal, Lda. or to their respective owners and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You are welcome to share links to our pages. Reproducing content, in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or on other websites requires our prior written permission.

4. Links to other websites

The site may link to third-party websites (for example social networks, payment providers or the carrier). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

5. Proper use

You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, try to access restricted areas, introduce malicious code, collect data by automated means without permission, or post false, offensive or illegal reviews or comments.

We do our best to keep the site available and secure, but interruptions may occur for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where the law does not allow it, or your rights as a consumer.
