5.1. Right of Withdrawal: The user has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, in accordance with Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14th.

5.2. Return Conditions: To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must inform us in writing and return the product in perfect condition, without signs of excessive use or damage caused by the customer, and in the original packaging.

5.3. Refunds: Refunds will be processed after receiving and verifying the condition of the returned product. Shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the user, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors.
